I’m Regina, a 27-year-old home baker and entrepreneur with a lifelong love for baking. I earned my Associate of Occupational Studies in Baking and Pastry from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, and I am currently completing my BBA at SUNY Delhi. Baking has been part of my life since childhood, and over the years I’ve continued to refine my skills through education, hands-on experience, and a lot of practice.

I started with simple box cakes, cupcakes, and brownies, but I quickly realized how much I enjoy creating everything from scratch. As my passion grew, so did my commitment to learning new techniques, improving my craft, and challenging myself with new designs. I’m confident in my abilities and dedicated to producing cakes that not only look beautiful but also exceed my clients’ expectations.

In 2020, I decided to take a leap and launch my own home baking business. Building it from the ground up has taught me a lot, and it’s been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made. I love bringing my clients’ ideas to life and creating cakes that make their celebrations even more special.
