Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable.​

Orders must be submitted at least seven days before the due date. The deposit must be paid within 48 hours. The remaining balance must be paid three days before the due date. If the balance is not paid by the date listed on the invoice, your order may be delayed.

You have 48 hours after paying the deposit to request changes to the cake size, style, or flavor. Changes after this time are not guaranteed and may include an added charge.

You have 24 hours after paying the deposit to cancel and receive your deposit back. After 24 hours, no refund will be offered.

Delivery and setup depend on the venue location. The fee will be added to the final price. Pickup is available at 221-12 S Conduit Ave, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413, in the McDonald’s parking lot.

We are not responsible for damage after setup is complete. You must provide a secure table and keep the room at 60 degrees F or below. Cakes are heavy and need a stable surface.

If flowers come from another source, we will place them for an added fee. Fresh flowers are not food grade and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.

We photograph our cakes and reserve the right to use these photos for display or promotion without compensation.

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, or other allergens. You agree to inform your guests and hold us harmless from allergic reactions.

Inspirational photos serve as guidance. Your cake will be close to the photo but not an exact match.

Submitting a Price Quote Form is an inquiry only. It does not confirm an order. After review, an invoice will be sent if you want to proceed.

Some products use luster dust. Luster dust is non-toxic but not approved by the FDA.

Gigis.Sweet.Kakes holds responsibility for the order until delivery or pickup. Once delivered or picked up, the customer assumes full responsibility for any damage or loss.

No refunds. If you are not satisfied, contact us. We will work with you to correct the issue and will remake any item that does not meet your expectations.
